From an early age, my passion for baking and pastry was undeniable. What began with simple grocery store mixes gradually evolved into a quest to perfect my own recipes. As my love for the craft grew, so did my desire to learn more. This drive led me to The Culinary Institute of America, where I earned an Associate degree in Baking and Pastry and a Bachelor’s degree in Food Business Management.

Kirsten is an amazing baker. Her whole family supports her endeavor. Her gluten-free cheesecake is to die for! Her portions are so generous! She seems to be sold out every weekend! It is so easy to order baked goods! What a great bakery! We ordered a gluten free chocolate cake, a red velvet cake with cream cheese icing and of course the gluten free cheesecake. All were a hit. We stop in on a regular basis!

Everything is sooo amazing! Love all the bakery treats/food and the staff is so nice. They gave me and my sister recommendations for what we should get and had so much knowledge about everything.
