From an early age, my passion for baking and pastry was undeniable. What began with simple grocery store mixes gradually evolved into a quest to perfect my own recipes. As my love for the craft grew, so did my desire to learn more. This drive led me to The Culinary Institute of America, where I earned an Associate degree in Baking and Pastry and a Bachelor’s degree in Food Business Management.
